I Wasn't Supposed to Burn Out.
(None of Us Are.)

But here's what I learned building an 8-figure business:

Success without soul isn't success. It's just expensive exhaustion.

Let me tell you about the morning I realized something was very, very wrong.

It was a Monday. Quarter-end. We'd just inked a $12M contract. I put on a good show for the team. But I was actually  in my office, staring at my computer screen, feeling... nothing.

Not joy. Not pride. Not even relief.

Just this bone-deep exhaustion that no amount of green juice or sleep could touch. (Though God knows I'd tried it all.)

The Build: I'd done everything "right." I'd:

Built the business to multiple 7 figures at that point

Assembled a team of incredible humans

Been featured in Inc magazine and on a Forbes podcast

Spoken on several industry panels

Made my bank accounts look like phone numbers

But I'd also:

Missed some pivotal moments with my son

Forgotten what my body felt like without cortisol

Turned every relationship into a networking opportunity

Lost the version of myself I actually liked

The worst part? I thought this was just the price of admission. I thought every successful woman felt like this. Turns out, we do—until we decide we don't have to.

The Transformation:
The shift didn't happen in a meditation retreat or a therapy session (though both helped). It happened when I asked myself one brutally honest question:

What if I could be this successful AND this happy?

Not successful OR happy. AND. That question changed everything.
I started studying the intersection of business mastery and spiritual growth. I worked with coaches, therapists, and teachers who understood that you don't have to choose between revenue and rest. I learned that the most sustainable success comes from alignment, not hustle.

And slowly—messy, imperfectly, beautifully slowly—I built a rich, meaningful life.

The Purpose: This podcast exists because I wish it had been around when I was knee deep in the struggle. It’s the answer to many of the questions my former self had during those difficult times.

Tidal Soul is the conversation I wish I'd had ten years ago. It's the board meeting for your life. It's permission to be ambitious AND aligned. Successful AND soulful. Driven AND deeply at peace.

Because here's what I know now: The most revolutionary thing a high-achieving woman can do isn't to build bigger. It's to build from a place of wholeness. It’s to anchor in soul.

The Invitation: If you're reading this and thinking "Yes, but HOW?"—that's exactly what this podcast is for.

Not theory. Not toxic positivity. Not another person telling you to work harder or dream bigger.

Just real, actionable tools for building a life that feels as good as it looks on paper.

Episode 1

The Receipts

Business Background:

Serial Entrepreneur

I've done the thing. Built it. Scaled it. Burned out inside it. Now I teach what I learned about coming back to life.

I checked every box, hit every number, and somewhere along the way became a very impressive stranger to myself. The real work wasn’t building more. It was reshaping what I’d built around the life I actually wanted. Turns out, that’s allowed.

What I Believe

Wealth without alignment is just well-funded burnout.

You can have the revenue, the team, the accolades—and still feel completely hollow. I know because I lived it. Real success includes a regulated nervous system, your relationships, and your ability to sleep at night.

Ambition and Alignment Aren't Opposites

You don't have to choose between being driven and being at peace. In fact, the most sustainable success comes from doing both. The women who thrive long-term aren't the ones who hustle harder—they're the ones who align deeper.

Your Business Reflects Your Inner State

Every leadership breakdown, team drama, and revenue plateau I've experienced traced back to something unhealed in me. Fix the founder, fix the business. It's that simple (and that hard).

Transformation Requires Action, Not Just Insight

Awareness is beautiful. But it doesn't pay your team or heal your relationships. This podcast gives you both the "why" and the "how"—because understanding your patterns is useless if you don’t change them.

You're Not Broken. You're Just Exhausted.

There's nothing wrong with you. You're not "too much" or "not spiritual enough." You're a competent woman who's been playing a game with impossible rules. Change the rules, change everything.
